I started Natures Mothers because I wanted to provide a way for Moms like us to form lasting friendships, to support each other, learn from each other and share our experiences.
I started Natures Mothers here in Tulsa, OK. It has been a fantastic experience. A wonderful community of Mothers formed and
we built lasting friendships. I wanted
to bring that same experience to other areas throughout the land and so I
founded Natures Mothers National.
These days, trying to live more naturally, and doing things
that are not mainstream can sometimes make us feel isolated. It can get lonely living on the fringe.
Because women naturally thrive off relationships with other women, it just seems like a good idea to build a community where we can do just that. Thrive!
Natures mothers isn’t only for die-hard green thumb, no
preservatives added, nature experts already living off the land, (Although we’d
love it if you are). Natures Mothers is
for you and me. For Moms that want to
try and live more naturally and who want to learn more about alternatives to
mainstream practices and how these alternatives may benefit their family.
Moms have a big job with a huge responsibility in making
choices for our families. It’s a
wonderful thing to have the help and support of other Moms from whom we can
learn and with whom we can connect.
My vision is to see the community of Natures Mothers grow
into a large network of supportive Moms and families. A sense of community
is sadly a lost concept in today’s world, and my hope is to start bringing it
back. Human beings need each other, and
while Mothers are sometimes mistaken for super heroes, we are in fact
human
Natures Mothers has become a beautiful virtual community through our national group, and is growing into wonderful live communities everywhere!
